Staff In Busy Call Center

24-Hour Crisis Line

Volunteers for the 24-hour crisis line partake in an immersive and engaging 60-hour training program in crisis intervention and emotional support, after which they volunteer on a weekly shift.  Individuals of any background are encouraged to apply!

Teen Link

Teen Link provides peer emotional support to teens in need of help or companionship in the state of Washington, and has a variety of volunteer opportunities available for both teens and adults.  Youth Crisis Specialists, ages 15-20, answer calls and chats on our Teen Link line, while Youth Crisis Mentors (age 21+) provide them with mentorship and support.  We also have opportunities available to serve as a Youth Outreach Specialist, with the goal of building relationships with schools and organizations to raise awareness of Teen Link and youth mental health.
